I was introduced to yoga as a teenager by a drama teacher who thought nadi sodhana might calm his rowdy pupils down - he was right! You could have heard a pin drop after our first practise. I continued to investigate using my Mum's Lyn Marshall yoga book but it wasn't until I had my first child (11 years ago today!) and suffered the effects of sleep deprivation, that I began my yoga sadhana. I was keen to share my enjoyment of yoga with my kids and set up a children's yoga company, Karmatime, in 2005. I am now qualified with the Wheel and offer weekly classes, retreats and children's yoga teacher training.
